Familiar with all levels of the industry from; basic raw materials, formulation and plant operation, systems development, distribution sales, end user sales and marketing. A wealth of knowledge to provide the best performing products and assist with any technical issues.

T. Cary Sugaski; Chief Executive Officer. Cary has over 20 years of experience in the polymer industry. With experience in the manufacturing environment, ASTM/ UL testing, sales and marketing, along with hands on field application in spray foam and coatings.

Robert J. Burnstein; Chief Financial Officer. Robert has over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial consultation. He is also a C.P.A. in the state of Georgia. Robert has also been a stakeholder in another company that brought Soy spray foam to the market.

Lisa Sugaski; Chief Operations Officer. Lisa officially joined PolyGreen in 2016 to take over all operations activities from Cary as he moved into the CEO role. While learning the technical side of our industry, Lisa has 25 years of experience primarily in advertising, marketing and HR.
